Bruce and Roxanne Smith

Roxanne is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in materials engineering. She spent over 20 years in supply chain management spending 13 of those years with Siemens at various positions.

Bruce is also a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in chemical engineering.

Roxanne and Bruce relocated to Sarasota in 2020 and subsequently acquired Creative Kitchens & Baths. Roxanne and Bruce had a long term wish to run their own business. They fell in love with renovating homes a long time ago.

CKB is a melting pot of passions for them. It merges together a passion for building a team, a passion for creativity and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

She and Bruce have carefully cultivated a team that is driven to provide the highest level of customer centricity during a renovation process.

Ryan Levar

Designer

Ryan was born and raised in Wyoming where he studied Music Recording, Graphic Arts, and Construction Technology. His love of working with his hands led him to a career in the trades industry and has been involved in construction and finish carpentry since 2003. Ryans love of art, creation, and building cultivated a natural draw to the design industry and his passions led him to start his own remodeling company in Fargo, ND in 2014. Needing a change of scenery (and less snow) Ryan and his family relocated to Florida in 2022, where he joined the CKB team. With 20+ years of industry experience, and over a decade working with design software and creating functional spaces, he is here to capture your vision and turn it into reality.

Bryan Bigtree

Project Manager

Brian has been in the building trades since 2008. First joining the laborer's union in Indianapolis Indiana in 2008. In 2014, Brian relocated to Tampa Bay and continued working in the building trades as a finish carpenter's apprentice. After working under a Master Carpenter for several years he accepted a position as a working project manager traveling the United States for a commercial millwork installation company. In 2019 Brian opted to no longer travel due to starting a family so he sought a position with a real estate investment group as a construction manager flipping homes. As this was a lucrative position, he missed working on intricate projects that sparked his interest, transformed spaces, focused on the fine details of finish carpentry, and brought customers' vision to life. So, in October 2023 he decided to apply with Creative Kitchens and Baths as they sought a Project Manager. Brian is happily married (Nathalie), has 3 children (Delia, Olivia, Luka), enjoys watching sports (GO COWBOYS, PACERS, CUBS, LIGHTNING), and LOVES stand-up comedy.
